What are you going to do?
In this role, you will primarily start in Customer Success with a number of your own clients, after which there will be good opportunities for growth towards full-time account management. In the beginning, you will be deployed as broadly as possible so that you learn as much as possible about our company and our customers, after which you can work more and more independently.
You are responsible for the optimal collaboration between Smart.pr and the client (such as Artis, Amnesty International and RTL Netherlands). You ensure a warm welcome and never lose sight of anyone. You don't shy away from a discussion about budgets and jump on opportunities to expand the collaboration. In addition, you process incoming questions from our users, you know our software tool like no other and you relay feedback from the market internally to our technical team so that we continuously optimize our tools and servicing.
Your work consists of various elements such as:
Working daily on maintaining and expanding our client portfolio;
Independently solving problems and connecting the right colleagues;
Weighing different interests;
Providing positive and professional assistance and training to our customers via telephone, email, chat, video calls, or face-to-face meetings in the office.

The Team
You will work closely with the commercial team, consisting of New Business, Account Managers, Support, and Marketing. You will also provide the Product team with input for improvements to our application.

What do you need?
You have completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
Fluent in Dutch and English
You have a commercial mindset and feel at home in customer relations
You have strong all-round communication skills (verbal and written)
You are empathetic and solution-oriented: you get energy from helping others
You are a good listener and ask questions to test assumptions
You know how to get things done, are not afraid to pick up the phone and you get energy from a dynamic working day
