What will you do?
In this role you will start mainly on Customer Success with a number of own clients after which there are good opportunities for growth towards full time account management. In the beginning you will be deployed as widely as possible so you can learn as much as possible about our company and our clients after which you can work more independently.
You are responsible for the optimal cooperation between Smart.pr and the client (such as Artis, Amnesty International and RTL Nederland). You ensure a warm welcome and never lose sight of anyone. You do not shy away from discussing budgets and jump at opportunities to expand the collaboration. In addition, you process incoming questions from our users, know our software tool like no other, and feed back feedback from the market to our technical team internally so that we can continuously optimize our tools and servicing.
Your work consists of various elements such as:
Working daily to maintain and expand our client portfolio;
Independently troubleshoot and hook up appropriate colleagues;
Weighing different interests;
Provide assistance and training to our customers in a positive and professional manner via phone, email, chat, video call or face to face in the office.

The Team
You will work closely with the commercial team, consisting of New Business, Account Managers, Support and Marketing. You will also provide the Product team with input for improvements in our application.
Our teams are close-knit, and work intensively together. As you move within the commercial team, you will gain the greatest insights, and you will quickly find that you are indispensable to your colleagues.

What do you need.
You have completed an HBO/WO degree.
Fluent Dutch and English
You have a commercial mindset and feel at home in customer relations
You have all-round strong communication skills (speech and writing)
You are empathetic and solution-oriented: you get energy from helping others
You are a good listener and ask questions to test assumptions
You know your way around, are not afraid to pick up the phone and are energized by a dynamic work day
The world of news, PR & communications appeals to you
You have an outline understanding of how a SaaS business works or can't wait to discover it
