What are you going to do?

Bij je start ligt de focus op het leggen van de fundering, het worden van expert over onze software tool. Je verplaatst je in onze klanten en leert alles over de markt. Je verwerkt binnenkomende vragen van onze gebruikers, koppelt feedback uit de markt aan de juiste personen in het technische team en je zorgt voor een warm welkom voor nieuwe klanten. Vervolgens word jij als junior accountmanager autonoom verantwoordelijk voor de optimale samenwerking tussen Smart.pr en je eigen deel van ons klantenbestand (zoals Artis, Amnesty International en NOC*NSF). Je werkt op een schaalbare manier zonder iemand daarbij uit het oog te verliezen, bent op je gemak bij het bespreken van budgetten en contracten en springt aan op kansen om de samenwerking verder uit te breiden. Naast het plegen van belletjes ontvang je klanten op ons fijne kantoor in hartje Amsterdam of geef je trainingen op de meest uiteenlopende locaties.

Your work consists of various elements such as: 

  • Dagelijks werken aan het behouden en uitbreiden van de jaarabonnementen van onze klanten;

  • Weighing different interests;

  • Providing positive and professional assistance and training to our customers via telephone, email, chat, video calls, or face-to-face meetings in the office.

We’re looking for an energetic problem-solver with a strong sense of responsibility who can keep a cool head and prioritize the right tasks at the right time. In return, you’ll join a close-knit team that offers plenty of opportunities for personal growth.

The Team

You will work closely with the commercial team, consisting of New Business, Account Managers, Support, and Marketing. You will also provide the Product team with input for improvements to our application.

What do you need?

  • You have completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree.

  • Fluent in Dutch and English

  • You have a business-oriented mindset and enjoy interacting with people

  • You have strong all-round communication skills (verbal and written)

  • You are empathetic and solution-oriented: you get energy from helping others

  • You are a good listener and ask questions to test assumptions

  • You know how to get things done, are not afraid to pick up the phone and you get energy from a dynamic working day

  • The world of news, PR & communication appeals to you

  • You understand the main principles of how a SaaS company works or can't wait to discover this

Curious?

If you apply to Smart.pr, there will be at least two interviews. First, you’ll meet with Yara (People Operations) and/or Paul (Managing Director), followed by interviews with other direct colleagues. If everyone is on board, we’ll invite you for a shadowing day at the office, where we’ll give you as clear a picture as possible of the job and introduce you to the rest of our team. This way, we can both quickly determine if there’s a good personal and professional fit.
