Who we are

An Amsterdam-based SaaS company that does things a little differently. And we'd love to tell you about it. On this page you can read more about who we are, what we stand for, and what our plans are for the future.

We are Smart.pr

We create a SaaS product aimed at PR and communications professionals. We believe in the importance of a strong and independent press and targeted news distribution.

Our story so far

Op ons geliefde kantoor in Amsterdam, midden op het Rembrantplein. We werken vanuit een grote open ruimte met veel licht, en hebben daarnaast genoeg plek voor meetings en afgezonderd werk. Op een zonnige dag vind je ons natuurlijk op het balkon, met altijd iets te zien op het plein.

How we work

In addition to strengthening our position in the Netherlands, we are now also growing in Belgium and Denmark, and there is still great untapped potential. It's a huge strategic puzzle where everything in our company has to come together, with the goal of taking as dominant a market position abroad as we do in the Netherlands. We are extremely proud of where we are today - and are far from finished.

Where we work

Since our founding in 2008, we grew from underdog to market leader in our niche. Together with our first customers, we laid the foundation for a system that actually contributes to a better relationship between PR professionals and journalism. By listening carefully to our customers and combining this valuable feedback with our own vision of software, we created a product that makes the work of PR professionals easier and more fun.

We believe it is important to be at the forefront of everything we do. That's why we combine our high ambition with a positive working atmosphere, and we let freedom go hand in hand with responsibility. We like to keep the reins in our own hands, so we develop all our products entirely in-house. We do this with a strong team and an ambitious, vibrant culture. A laser focus to achieve our goals, and too many ideas on the shelf for the future.
