Belgium's
National PR Questionnaire
It will only take 10 minutes of your time.
Dear PR professional,
We’re curious about the state of our beautiful trade in Belgium. Some people state quite confidently that press releases are dead and that PR is a bullshit job – others say professional PR is more relevant than it ever was, and that in this global crisis managing your communications is the first thing to attend to in your strategy. We want to know which of these assertions are valid and which are plain nonsense. Who better to ask than you?
We want to know how you, Belgian PR professionals, are experiencing your jobs. We hope you can spare a couple of minutes to tell us. You’ll be the first the receive the results, you’ll have a chance to win Apple AirPods and last but not least, we’ll be eternally grateful: don’t hesitate to ask us for something in return. Always happy to help!
Because of the support we’re getting from the C2 Belgian Communication Summit, we chose to conduct our survey in English.
We’ll be giving away Apple AirPods
By helping us out you’ll also have a chance to win these Apple AirPods.
An honest and complete report of public relations in Belgium
Since a year or two, we have the honour of servicing more and more leading Belgian organisations with our software. Getting to know the market better is not the most important reason for launching this research project, we also want to give something back to the Belgian PR community.
Globally, we see a lot of research being done into PR practices and the professional PR industry, for instance The Global Communications Report by PRovoke. However, we couldn’t find any recent reports about the market that gives a comprehensive overview of the Belgian PR industry.
With this questionnaire we’re looking for a deeper understanding of issues we care about. Recently, we wrote an essay about PR being called a bullshit job. We’d like to ask Belgian PR professional on their stance on the problem with the perception of our craft. But we have a myriad more questions about the Belgian PR industry. For instance, how often do Belgian PR people come across ethical challenges in their work? What are the most important means of communication? Or, what’s the role of influencers in PR campaigns?
Please help us by filling out the first edition of our questionnaire. In addition to our eternal gratitude, you’ll be the first the get a copy of the results and our analysis.
Best regards, met vriendelijke groet et merci d’avance,
Team Smart.pr
